· Experience as a hands on business systems analyst on an agile team, writing user stories, creating technical design documentation, system flows, etc.
PLUS SKILLS: Experience with Workplace Benefits products, including Equity Awards and 401k products
- Detailed understanding of the 401k retirement product
- Experience with Equity Awards products
- Experience with mainframe applications
