job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Applications System Administrator to support and optimize enterprise-level collaboration and document management systems for a key client in Washington, DC. In this role, you will ensure high availability, security, and seamless operation for mission-critical tools including iManage, Confluence, Jira, and eRooms. You will work on-site with cross-functional IT and business teams to drive application upgrades, data migrations, and continuous platform enhancements.

responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize core applications: iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, security patches, and iManage data migrations.
- Design and implement custom workflow automations and add-ons in Jira and Confluence.
- Monitor system health, log metrics, perform user access management, and write technical documentation.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
3 to 5 years of experience administering enterprise applications including iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.
Hands-on experience executing iManage upgrades and system data migrations.
Proficiency using SQL and scripting (Python or PowerShell) for task automation and system diagnostics.
Ability to work 100% on-site in Washington, DC, and qualify for a Public Trust clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active Public Trust clearance (DOJ Public Trust strongly preferred).
Experience with advanced Jira workflow customization and document management scripting.
Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks and hybrid/cloud enterprise architectures.
