zTrip is seeking a dependable and organized Driver Dispatcher to support daily transportation operations and ensure drivers have the information and resources they need to succeed. In this role, you will coordinate trip assignments, communicate with drivers throughout the day, and help maintain efficient, reliable service for our customers.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities of a Driver Dispatcher:

• Assign trips and manage driver schedules to support daily operations.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers regarding trip details, updates, and service changes.
• Monitor transportation activity and address operational challenges as they arise.
• Assist with route modifications, delays, and scheduling adjustments.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and operational reports.
• Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Provide timely support to drivers and help resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Contribute to a positive, customer-focused transportation experience.

Qualifications of a Driver Dispatcher:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
